All Group classes are 45-60 minutes in length – Please speak with our front desk team for weekly scheduling and all members, please book your classes in GYM MASTER app;

GRIND: Strength and conditioning workouts using foundational movements to build power, functionality, and burn calories

FIGHTER FIT: MMA and kickboxing-inspired conditioning exercises to boost athleticism, endurance, and stay in a high fat-burning zone.

ABS & FLOW: Core exercises and recovery stretches (45 minute class)

DANCE CARDIO: An energizing fusion-dance choreography of movements – 30-minute class
