Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in fitness classes, workshops, training sessions, and other activities offered by GROW FITNESS INC. involves physical activity and inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, muscle strains, sprains, injuries, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.
2.
Fitness and Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to undertake. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional regarding my ability to participate, particularly if I have any medical condition, injury, or concern that could affect my participation.
3.
Responsibility for Personal Safety
I agree to follow all reasonable instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by GROW FITNESS INC., its instructors, and staff. I will stop participating and notify staff if I experience pain, injury, illness, or any other condition that makes continued participation unsafe.
4.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release and discharge GROW FITNESS INC., its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives from claims, demands, actions, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in activities at GROW FITNESS INC., including claims relating to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.
Personal Property
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings while at GROW FITNESS INC. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release GROW FITNESS INC. and the parties identified above from claims relating to the loss, theft, or damage of my personal property.
6.
Acknowledgement and Agreement
I confirm that I have read this Agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that participation in activities at GROW FITNESS INC. is voluntary and that I am responsible for making informed decisions regarding my participation.
